Processing times begin once payment is confirmed and the order is approved:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.
Customized orders require additional production time and are usually processed within 2–3 weeks, depending on order size, artwork approval, and production complexity.
Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays and may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Most standard orders are delivered within 5–7 business days after processing.
Faster shipping options may be available at checkout. Expedited shipping reduces transit time but does not shorten production or processing timelines.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, labor disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, package dimensions, shipping method, and destination.
Orders over $149.99 may qualify for free shipping on blank (non-customized) apparel only, subject to eligibility and destination limitations
Customized, printed, embroidered, and bulk orders do not qualify for free shipping. All shipping charges for these orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information and carrier details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking information and arrange for delivery if required.
Some wholesale orders may ship directly from mills or manufacturers to reduce processing time

Appareloclock ships to select international destinations.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times for international shipments may vary due to customs clearance and local carrier handling.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned to us, additional shipping and handling fees will apply before reshipment.
If your package arrives damaged:
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, or is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate. Resolution timelines depend on the carrier’s claims process.
Bulk and wholesale shipments may arrive in multiple boxes or shipments. Minor packaging variations do not qualify as shipping defects. Customers placing large orders are encouraged to plan for receiving and inspecting shipments promptly upon delivery
